From the stadium to the starting point
The ADO Den Haag stadium. Normally the venue for soccer matches. But on this day, it served as the setting for something else: The Hague ICT Career Day.
Students from The Hague University of Applied Sciences (Faculty of IT&D) and mboRijnland (ICT) attended the career fair, looking for internships, traineeships, or information about their future in IT.
And there we were. SUPERP and SynTouch. Together. One booth, one team, one message.
Stronger Together
SUPERP and SynTouch joined forces for this event. Both companies share the same core values: craftsmanship, autonomy, and room to grow.
Our colleagues Arjuna Pieters, Shanika Smeets, and Tijn van Monsjou welcomed the students. They talked about what it’s like to work at SUPERP or SynTouch, the projects you’d be working on, and the culture where you can be yourself.
The partnership felt natural. Not two companies side by side, but one team with one story: this is where you want to work as an IT professional.
The result
We had lots of conversations. We gave away lots of merchandise. But most importantly: we made lots of connections.
Students who now know what SUPERP and SynTouch stand for. Who know there’s a place for talent that wants to grow. Who know they’re welcome.
And us? We now know where tomorrow’s talent is.
