Why iamSUPERP?

Because everyone deserves the chance to be superb.
At SUPERP, we work every day to stay good at what we do and get better in what we still want to learn. We want others to have that mentality of being superb and staying that way. én to stay that way.
Met iamSUPERP we want to help people who strive for the same: to become better, to grow, to achieve something. That's why we offer not only financial support, but also guidance and knowledge based on our IT expertise.

Being superb goes beyond technology

At SUPERP, superb is not just about systems or software.
It's about people who push their boundaries, who learn, try, fall, and get back up again.
We call that craftsmanship and we want to encourage it outside our organization as well.

Our iamSUPERP program is there to give that extra push. To give talented people the opportunity to realize their ambitions in their own way.

Meet our iamSUPERP talents

At SUPERP, we believe in the power of talent. We would like to briefly introduce our "talents":

Olaf van den Bergh

Olaf van den Bergh

After three years as an amateur triathlete, Olaf has decided to take the leap into the professional world. This means competing against other professionals and living for the sport, with a regular training, eating, and sleeping routine. With his pitch “Closing the Gap,” Olaf has secured a place in our iamSUPERP team. He has already achieved many successes as a triathlete in recent years, but has decided that he wants to take a different approach to reach the absolute world top. Through our iamSUPERP initiative, we want to help him achieve this in the coming years, so that he can reach a podium place as an IRONMAN in 2025. In the meantime, we will be organizing sports training days, during which Olaf will coach and challenge our employees to become more athletic. Read more about Olaf here.

The Dutch

The Dutch Futures

Ambitious Dutch golf talents are being helped to take the difficult step to the top. That is what the golf professionals at Made in Scotland, the men behind The Dutch golf course (where several editions of the KLM Open have already taken place), are doing with The Dutch Futures. By joining forces as a group, the members of The Dutch Futures have the opportunity to develop in a more targeted and faster way. With coaches for various aspects of the game, physical therapists, sports psychologists, and unlimited training opportunities, The Dutch Futures receive as much support as possible on their way to the top. In addition, there is a separate ranking system and regular competitions are organized to test each other’s skills. In short, it is a top-level sporting environment with the right atmosphere and guidance. A nice bonus: a golf course provides beautiful outdoor scenery!

Jasper Udink ten Cate

Jasper Udink ten Cate

Sometimes in a restaurant you are served a dish that is almost too beautiful to eat. Art on a plate, but ultimately meant to be eaten. Jasper Udink ten Cate, the “Creative Chef,” takes this a few steps further. He focuses on art and design objects that relate to food and everything surrounding it. As Creative Chef, he collaborates with a collective of designers, illustrators, photographers, artists, and architects to come up with surprising concepts. The first thing he wants to achieve is to organize a solo show in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. A culmination of art, design, and restaurant experience in one. Ultimately, his big dream is to have an edible exhibition in a museum, preferably the MoMA in New York. Together, we will explore opportunities to use IT/SAP to come up with innovative concepts and, of course, to realize his dream. Read the full interview with Jasper here.

More than sponsorship

Our iamSUPERPers are people with tremendous passion and the ambition to reach the highest possible level. Each in their own personal and unique way. Together, we will look at where improvements can be made, where opportunities lie, and, based on our SUPlabs looking for what innovation and IT can mean in this process.
