The pre-intake training

That’s why we’re organizing the pre-intake training. Nicoline Pol-Nagtzaam, our Learning & Development Manager and trainer, helps consultants refine their pitch.

Not through PowerPoint slides, but through practice. Through feedback. By becoming aware of what you actually say and what you unconsciously leave out. Concrete examples from real projects. Technical depth where needed. The context clients need to understand what they’re getting.
