Jacques Dokter, Principal SAP Consultant at SUPERP, recently led a training session on SAP Cloud ALM for colleagues from various teams. It wasn’t a dry PowerPoint presentation, but a hands-on session.
Practical learning
The training consisted of a presentation, a live demo, and interactive exercises. That’s how you really learn. Participants gained hands-on experience working in SAP Cloud ALM, not just theory, but practical application as well.
What they learned
What exactly did the participants learn? Setting up projects using S/4HANA scoping. Preparing Fit-2-Standard workshops. Defining and monitoring requirements. Setting up and executing test cases.
From the very beginning of an implementation all the way through to the testing phase: the entire cycle was covered. Not just in theory, but as practical steps you can apply directly to your own projects.
Shared knowledge
The group was diverse. Colleagues from SAP Core, Development & Integration, and Security & Authorization were all there together. They had different areas of expertise, but one shared interest: improving their skills in SAP Cloud ALM.
The atmosphere was great. People were eager to learn, asked questions, and tried things out. Some already had practical experience with the solution, but mainly from an operations perspective. Now they were also getting to know the implementation side. That combination, experience and new knowledge, is what makes this kind of training so valuable.
Knowledge sharing goes without saying
At SUPERP, we share knowledge. Not because we have to, but because we get better together. Jacques shares his expertise as a Principal Consultant. Colleagues learn new tools and techniques. And everyone becomes more skilled in their field.
That’s how we work. That’s what makes us stronger.
