The SUPERP AI Chatbot was developed by our new unit SUPERP.ai, in close collaboration with Mendix. Thanks to Mendix’s AI Bot Starter App, we were able to quickly create a powerful solution that supports our work, makes it more efficient, and more enjoyable.
What makes this chatbot unique:
- Safety first – All data remains within our own secure infrastructure. This guarantees confidentiality and privacy.
- Flexible choice of AI models – From GPT-4o to Claude Sonnet 3.5: the optimal model is available for every task.
- Customized personas – The chatbot can take on different roles, such as consultant, summarizer, or product owner. Colleagues can even create their own personas, fully tailored to their working methods.
