The SUPERP peloton took on the 2026 Amstel Gold Race

Last Saturday, colleagues from SUPERP, SynTouch, Blueberry, MxBlue, and SxBlue rode the Amstel Gold Race together. The route ranged from 65 to 200 kilometers through the hills of Limburg. It was a day full of challenges, team spirit, and post-ride fun.

From start to finish: together

On Saturday, April 18, 2026, our SUPERP peloton lined up at the start of the Amstel Gold Race. Colleagues from SUPERP, SynTouch, Blueberry, MxBlue, and SxBlue chose their own challenge: 65, 100, 150, or even 200 kilometers through the hills of Limburg.
Each at their own level, but together all day long. And that’s what made this edition special.

The hills of Limburg

From Kruisberg to Keutenberg, from Eyserbosweg to Cauberg. The climbs came one after another and the legs grew heavier, but the peloton stayed together.

“We also rode in a very supportive way,” says one of the participants. “It’s not just about the miles, but the moments in between. Cheering each other on during the steep climbs. Waiting at the top. Enjoying the descent together.”

Not everything went according to plan, though. A flat tire near the top of Eyserbosweg. A crash after the finish on slippery pavement. Cramps that set in. It’s all part of such a heroic day, and my colleagues and I got through it together.

Après-bike in the VIP pavilion

The VIP pavilion was waiting at the finish line. With a well-deserved beer in hand, everyone shared their stories.

“Wow, that tastes good!”

Stories about the climbs. Laughing about the flat tire. Pride in the accomplishment. That moment, after the effort, spent together, enjoying what you’ve achieved as a team—that’s what makes it special.

Grateful and proud

“It’s great that we stuck together,” says one participant.
“I really enjoyed the challenge we took on together.”

Frank and Vicencia were in charge of the organization. “It was perfectly organized,” everyone agrees.

“Worth doing again.” And that’s exactly the plan. Because exercise brings people together, literally and figuratively.

On to the next challenge

Following the ski event and the Amstel Gold Race, the next activity is already on the schedule: the Dam tot Damloop on September 20, 2026. Physical activity is in SUPERP’s DNA, and this day in Limburg proved that once again.
