Manufacturing Goes Digital
May 28, 2026. Rotterdam. Mendix Manufacturing Connect.
A packed room of manufacturing companies from across the country. All with the same question: How can we make our processes smarter? How can we work faster and safer? How can we bring order to the chaos?
And today, two of our clients took the stage to share their responses.
Refresco gets products to market 25% faster
Refresco isn’t just any soft drink manufacturer. The company produces beverages for retailers and leading national and international brands around the world. That means constant innovation. Constant pace. Constant pressure.
And that was exactly the problem. New product introductions (NPIs) were taking longer than necessary. Too much manual work. Too many steps. Too much room for error.
Together with SUPERP, we built a custom Mendix application. In 16 weeks.
The result?
Refresco brings products to market 25% faster. One centralized workflow instead of chaos. Real-time insight instead of asking questions. Fewer errors. More control.
Jules Wolters of Refresco shared this story on stage today. Together with Bram Tibbe of SUPERP, they demonstrated that this isn’t just an empty promise, but something that’s already in daily production.
NXP Semiconductors: Managing Complexity
NXP Semiconductors designs and manufactures chips for automotive, payment, and industrial applications. These chips are shipped to thousands of locations around the world. Inventory levels must be accurate. Deadlines must be met.
Until recently, that was a nightmare. Multiple data sources. Complex dependencies. Difficult decisions.
And then we built the Planner Workbench—a Mendix application that integrates SAP S/4HANA and Blue Yonder. It processes more than half a million order lines for chip deliveries every day.
Kurt Vanvelthoven from NXP took the stage today, alongside Stephan Wolbers from SUPERP. Together, they demonstrated how to suddenly get a handle on complexity, how to gain insight into dependencies, and how to make better decisions faster.
Proud of our customers
We’re truly proud of Refresco and NXP. Not just because they were on stage, but because they trusted us to fundamentally transform their processes. And because that transformation is actually working.
That’s what we do. We build applications that aren’t just visually appealing, but that make a real impact.
Thanks to Mendix
A packed house. A compelling program. Real-world case studies. That’s not something you can just pull off.
