Vincent will be ultimately responsible for the day-to-day management of SUPERP and all labels within our organization: MxBlue, SxBlue, Interdobs, Powerdobs, Blueberry ICT, and SynTouch. This marks a new phase for SUPERP with the same focus.
After 26 years of building the company, Ruud is handing over the reins
Almost 26 years ago, SUPERP started with an idea. Ruud was there at the beginning as co-founder and grew to become the face of the organization. Under his leadership, we grew from 40 to almost 500 consultants, built a strong portfolio, and created a culture that puts people first.
As CEO, Ruud subordinated himself to the greater good. He gave space, listened, let others grow, and always stood alongside his colleagues. No fancy talk, just real progress.

In Vincent Traas, we welcome a leader who is a perfect fit for who we are. He brings 12 years of experience from Redmore, the last 8 of which as CEO of Profource, an Oracle specialist and major player in the ERP world.
