Meet Bob. He has almost five years of experience at SUPERP and is a true expert in the world of IT. Bob has had an impressive career, which began at SAP Netherlands. As a child, he wanted to be a pilot or firefighter, but ultimately computer technology attracted him. After completing his technical education, he ended up in IT and has been an integral part of the industry ever since.
Connection as a core value
What Bob likes most about his role is building strong, personal relationships with customers. For him, sales is not just about numbers, but above all about people. “The personal bond you can build to help each other is worth its weight in gold, in my opinion,” says Bob. He believes that work remains enjoyable if you immerse yourself in developments at companies and in each other’s lives. This fits in perfectly with SUPERP’s mission to build relationships based on true craftsmanship.
Bob’s superpower
Bob is aware of his strengths and weaknesses. His superpower? He is a natural conversationalist and can easily adapt to different people. He is structured, disciplined, and believes that a deal is a deal. He is also genuinely interested in the people he works with. This makes him an example of the down-to-earth, committed, and straightforward approach that characterizes the culture at SUPERP. Bob believes that to build a good relationship, you have to show genuine interest. This is the key to any successful relationship.
Time for yourself: the fisherman
What makes Bob so unique is the way he combines his busy job with a special personal passion. While he enjoys interacting with people at the office, he finds peace in a completely different activity: trout fishing. This is his “me time,” a moment to be completely alone by the water, concentrating for hours, but very actively, on his casting rod. This hobby gives him the peace he needs to throw himself back into his work full of energy. It’s his perfect way to recharge his batteries.
Why SUPERP?
For Bob, what makes SUPERP special is its human approach. The company focuses not only on figures and results, but above all on the people behind them. This is in line with SUPERP’s vision of being a home for all IT professionals and the values that the company upholds. “We let people do what they’re good at and what they enjoy,” Bob explains. He feels appreciated because he is judged on how he works, not just on the outcome. This ensures that everyone, including himself, can be at their natural best.
