Commercial Director Anjo Wolven had the honor again this year. Literally. With a wave, the Christmas tree disappeared through the window, marking the official start of the new working year.
A little later than planned
Due to the snow and slippery conditions in the first week of January, there were fewer colleagues in the office than usual. But tradition cannot be stopped. Even with a smaller audience, the tree was lit up.
Why this tradition?
Traditions connect people. It is a wonderful moment to symbolically close the old year and start the new year with a fresh outlook.
Take down the Christmas tree, roll up your sleeves, and get to work. That’s how we’ll start 2026.
